We offer acupuncture, herbal medicines, reiki, and other restorative bodywork for clients that are interested in decreasing their stress levels as well as increasing their body’s natural healing and pain relieving abilities.  There is no such thing as an “average session” with Smiling Buddha Bodywork.  We tailor each visit to your body and spirit’s specific needs. 

Most sessions begin with a quick health update and assessment to better address your chief complaints.  Then a blend of various techniques including acupuncture, tui na (massage), cupping, and Reiki may be used to help bring your body and mind back into balance. • • Understanding the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine –
    • Five 90 minute classes that are offered in person and on Zoom
    • The classes detail tons of self-care techniques using acupressure, essential oils, herbs, foods, and more!

    • Traditional Tibetan Reiki Level I – Reiki Student – 3 hours – $150.00 in person or $75 online
      • Learn the origins of this energetic healing art as well as how to practice on yourself and pets!
      • Includes a workbook, Level I attunement, and certificate of completion
    • Traditional Tibetan Reiki Level II – Reiki Practitioner – 4 hours – $175 in person or $100 online
      • Learn additional techniques and focus your energies on helping to heal others
      • Includes a workbook, Level II attunement, and certificate of completion
    • Traditional Tibetan Reiki Level III – Reiki Master Teacher – 6 hours – $600 in person only
      • Learn additional techniques as well as how to teach/attune others
      • Includes workbook, Level III attunement, and certificate of completion as well as PDFs of all three classes so you can use them to teach right away!
    • Wu Xing Reiki Practitioner – 4 Hours – $150 in Person
      • Learn techniques that integrate key concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Reiki together
      • The class builds on the Understanding Elements series which are prerequisites
      • Level II attunement prior to the class is also a prerequisite
      • Include workbook, attunement, and certificate of completion.

Cancellation Policy:

Sessions are booked by appointment via the contact information provided above. Failure to provide notice to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance may result in a charge of 100% of the session rate or forfeiture of the individual session when purchased as part of a package, Groupon, or gift certificate. Smiling Buddha Bodywork accepts cash, ApplePay, FSA/HSA Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Smiling Buddha Bodywork does not currently accept insurance.  All sales are final.
